The Big O may have wrapped up her ever-so-popular TV talk show last year, but the queen of talk-show TV still manages to rake in the cash as she has once again has  been officially identified as the highest paid celebrity!

Oprah hit the jackpot on Forbes list of the highest-paid celebrities, and it's not the first, second or third time that she's topped it – it's actually the fourth!

Between May 2011 and May 2012 she's reportedly earned a whopping $165 million – that's just $5 million behind the second highest paid person, Michael Bay, the director of Transformers: Dark of the Moon that scored $1.1 billion at the box office.

But how does she manage to earn her dollars?

See... Oprah owns her own TV Network named OWN – the Oprah Winfrey Network, with stakes in The Oprah Magazine, Oprah's Lifeclass and Oprah's Next Chapter.. Ah and she has her own radio network too.

Steven Spielberg was third with an estimated $130 million, Jerry Bruckheimer in fourth position with $115 million, and Dr Dre in fifth position – earning $110 million.
