She's done it once, she's done it twice, and she's done it for the... how ever many times she's made headlines for something... and you probably thought we were counting the number of criminal battery investigations. Fooled ya!

Miley became the centre of attention after a man, rumored to be a fan, reported assault against her at a Hollywood hotel around 1:15am on Sunday, police said. 

Officer Resario Herrera told the Daily News that 'Miley, her boyfriend at the vicrim were talking and an argument ensued. Miley pushed the victim and struck the victim in the face.'

'There were no visible injuries and no arrests made,' later adding 'The victim came to the station to file the report. It's an ongoing investigation.'

We don't think Miley will be partying at the nightclub Beacher's Madhouse, instead, we think you should consider a bowl of popcorn and soft drinks all night long for a while.. just don't use the blender for cocktails!

It all apparently started with the alleged victim bumping into Liam Hemsworth's chair, in which he turned hostile, Miley jumped in the middle to break it up, with a punch to the face. Well at least according to one witness, the punch never happened..

Maybe it's her cray cray hair style? Hmm!
