Ok so this is all a bit confusing, but i'll do my best to make this simple both for myself and you. Gaga is apparently being dragged into court for $10 Million over a dispute between the toy manufacturer and Universal Music Group (Gaga's Label).

So what seems to have happened is, the makers of Bratz dolls paid over $1 Million + generous royalties on sales for the use of Gaga's image as a doll, but when it came time to approve the new doll Gaga's management took their time on the approval process which delayed the doll's release majorly. Stopping the dolls from being on sale for the all important Christmas rush in 2011.

The reason for the delay was that Gaga's peeps "wanted to delay production and shipping until her new album is released in 2013." But this was no good for team Bratz dolls as they had already invested Millions in securing shelf space in department stores world wide for Christmas.

Gaga's rep told E! News in a statement: "This is a dispute between Universal Music Group's merchandising company and MGA.  There was no legitimate reason for MGA to drag Lady Gaga into that dispute.  MGA today asked the judge to immediately require Lady Gaga to approve dolls which MGA wants to manufacture and distribute. Lady Gaga is pleased that the court refused to do so, and scheduled further proceedings on August 29.  Lady Gaga will at that time ask the court to formally dismiss MGA's ill-conceived lawsuit and is confident that she will prevail."

Hmm sounds like a sticky situation. But let's be real here. What's the measly $10 Million to Gaga, she stacked up at least $100 Million into her bank account last year alone.
